The service
SmartPodcaster provides AI writing tools for podcasters. Results are generated by AI and may contain mistakes. Review everything before you publish it. You are responsible for what you publish.
Your content
You keep all rights to what you submit and to the results you generate. Only submit content you have the right to use.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service for illegal content, spam or harassment, and don't try to get around usage limits or disrupt the service. We may limit or end access for misuse.
Pro subscriptions
Pro is billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. When you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the current billing period. If something went wrong with a charge, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before a claim.
